As the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), we are proud to manage the Sutter-Stockton Garage, located at 444 Stockton Street in the heart of San Francisco's bustling Chinatown, Financial District, and Downtown/Civic Center neighborhoods. Our garage offers 1865 vehicle spaces, making it a convenient and reliable parking option for locals and visitors alike.
At the Sutter-Stockton Garage, we provide a variety of services to meet our customers' needs. We offer bike parking and have both regular and reserved monthly rates for motorcycles. We also have carpool and car share rates, as well as special event rates for SFMTA-approved events. Our garage is open 24/7, making it a convenient option for all.
We understand that pricing is important to our customers, and that's why we have competitive hourly and flat rates. Our current hourly rates range from $4.00 to $5.00 per hour depending on the time of day, and our flat rates include a 12-hour maximum for $38, a 24-hour maximum or lost ticket for $44, and an overnight rate of $20 for those entering after 6 pm and exiting by 9 am the next day.
We strive to provide excellent service to our customers, and that includes offering additional services such as bicycle lockers, new EV chargers, and automated license plate recognition.
