When we opened our first fully automated car wash in 2014, we promised ourselves that we wouldn’t put one of those inflatable flailing arm man blow ups in front of our facility. Sure, it would have been fun, and maybe it would have attracted a few more customers. But we didn’t want to be something we weren’t.
We wanted to win customers over the old-fashioned way by designing a simple car wash from the ground up that did exactly what it was supposed to do – clean your car. Isn’t that all anyone wants?
